Hesap Silme
Uygulama içinden (en hızlı yol)
- Simply Words'ü aç ve giriş yap.
- Sağ üstteki profil fotoğrafına dokunarak Profil ekranına git.
- Sayfanın altındaki Hesabımı Sil'e dokun ve iki onayı ver.
Hesabın ve tüm verilerin hemen silinir, oturumun kapanır.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
Hesabının kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresinden, konu satırına "Hesap silme" yazarak [email protected] adresine e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra hesabın en geç 30 gün içinde silinir ve sana bilgi verilir.
Önemli: Hesabı silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ücretlendirilmemek için aboneliğini önce App Store veya Google Play'deki Abonelikler bölümünden iptal et.
Neler silinir?
- Hesap bilgilerin (e-posta, kullanıcı adı) ve profil fotoğrafın
- Tüm öğrenme verilerin: kelime ilerlemesi, tekrar takvimi, günlük çalışma, seri, puan ve rütbe
- Kart koleksiyonun ve paket ilerlemen
- Davet kodun, davetlerin ve arkadaş listen
Silinen veriler geri getirilemez. Veriler sistem yedeklerinden de en geç 30 gün içinde kalkar. Satın alma kayıtları Apple ve Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre tutulur.
Account Deletion
In the app (fastest)
- Open Simply Words and sign in.
- Tap your profile photo in the top right to open Profile.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm twice.
Your account and all of your data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
If you can't access the app
Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, with "Account deletion" in the subject line. After we verify your identity, your account is deleted within 30 days and we let you know.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel it first in the Subscriptions section of the App Store or Google Play.
What is deleted?
- Your account details (email, username) and profile photo
- All learning data: word progress, review schedule, daily activity, streak, points and rank
- Your card collection and pack progress
- Your invite code, invitations and friends list
Deleted data cannot be recovered. It is also removed from system backups within 30 days at the latest. Purchase records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies.
